STANDING RULES

 

 

 

 
ATTENDENCE
 
(1)   You are counted absent if you are not camped at the scheduled campout as approved by the club. The Wagon Master shall schedule our campouts so as not to conflict with Florida State Committee meetings. (4/17/2010)
 
BADGES
 
(1)               Badges to be worn only when on the premises of the campground beginning 5:00 p.m. Friday through Saturday midnight. (06/18/2005)
(2)               Fines are to be collected for not wearing name badges from 5:00 p.m. Friday through Saturday midnight. (01/01/93)
 
 
CAMPOUTS
 
(1)        Campouts/meetings will be held the third (3rd) Saturday of each month, unless it falls on a holiday weekend or conflicting dates. With a majority membership vote it can be changed. (01/01/93)
(2)        Campout meetings will be held on Saturday evening after dinner (08/16/03)
(3)        Campout meetings will be held on Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. (5/16/09) 

(2)        The Wagon Master has the flexibility in establishing the campouSchedule around         

              local events, even if it is not on the 3rd weekend. (10/16/10 

(3)        Campout meetings will be held on Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. unless changed    

              at the pleasure of the club officers.  (3/19/2011)

 

 
CLUB SIZE
 
(1)               Membership limited to 30 (01/01/93)
(2)               Membership size reduced from 30 to 25 by attrition. (12//11/99)
(3)               Membership size reduced from 30 members to 20 members (08/21/2004)
(4)               Membership size was increased from 20 members to 22 members (12/8/2007)
(5)               Beginning January 2009, members failing to attending six chapter campouts per year will be dropped from the roster at the end of the year without an acceptable excuse approved by the executive committee (chapter officers) (11/15/2008).
(6)               The club membership size will exclude life time members (2/21/2009)
 
 
DISTANCE FOR CAMPOUTS
 
(1)               Monthly campout locations must not to exceed 150 miles from Tallahassee (12/11/99)
 
 
DUES
 
(1)               Annual dues amounts will be $8 per year (01/01/93)
(2)               Flower/Memorial fund shall be $4 per family membership per year (01/01/93)
(3)               Annual Dues would be $8 with $4 for flower fund (10/18/97)
(4)               Annual dues will be $10 per year (05/26/99 By-laws)
(5)               The Flower/Memorial fund will be $200 per year (05/26/99)
 
FINES
 
(1)        A fine of 25 cents will be collected by the Sheriff for members not wearing their name badge during designated hours (See Badges) (__________)
